Sunshine Academy Learning Center, Inc : Fees

Full-time child care fees are based on five - 10 hours days during any given week (Monday through Friday).

Full-time fees are:

Infants (2 weeks to 12 months) ...........................$155.00
Toddlers (12 months & walking to 2 years) .............$135.00
Two's (2 to 2 1/2 years) .....................................$120.00
Preschool - 3 (3 years) .......................................$120.00
Head Start - 4 (3 to 4 years) ...............................$115.00
Head Start - 5 (4 to 5 years)................................$115.00
School-age (when school is not in session)..............$105.00
School-age (before or after school only)...................$50.00
School-age (before and after school) ......................$80.00

We also give a $15 per week discount for the second full time child enrolled and every child thereafter in each family. Note: Your will be charged the classroom fee for the classroom that your child is enrolled in even if your child is over the age limit normally enrolled in a specific class. This may occur if your child is not developmentally ready for the next classroom, if other major changes are already taking place in your childs' life at that particular time, or if we feel it is in your childs' best interest to wait a few weeks before making the transition to the older classroom.
Part-time slots may be available. If part-time slots are available the child must have a set schedule. Requests for part-time care will be reviewed as requests are made. Children who only need part-time care will not be put on a waiting list. Priority is always given to children who need full-time care. There is a four day minimum for part-time slots.
The payment of fees is expected on or before the Monday of the week for which services will be provided (i.e. payment is due in advance).The following charges will be assesed for:

$20.00 for returned checks due to insufficient funds
$5.00 per day late fee beginning on the Friday of the week tuition is late
$3.00 per half hour or portion thereof if your child is at Center for more than 10 hours on any given day
$1.00 per minute late fee starting after 6:05 p.m from our closing time at 6:00 p.m. (you have a 5 minute grace period, but if you arrive at 6:06 p.m. or later, you will be charged the $1.00 per minute starting at 6:01 p.m.)

SUPPLY FEE - A $24.00 per year fee will be assest for each child (all ages) for assistances in purchasing supplies. The supply fee is due January 1st of each calendar year for that year. The anual supply fee will be prorated at enrollment for the remaining of the calendar in which your child is being enrolled if you child has not been enrolled by January 1st.

WAITING LIST - Our waiting list is kept current, by classroom. Parents will be notified as openings become available. The waiting list is handled on a first come, first serve basis with the following priorities given: siblings and Center staff children. Parents must come into the center to have their childs' name added to the waiting list. Only children needing full-time care will be placed on the waiting list.
